visits are on average 20-30 minutes
Additional time for specific needs is $6.00 per 15 minutes
We have a 15 point
check list we do every time we visit your home.
This includes:
Checking
windows, doors, flushing toilets, running sinks, check front yard,
check back yard, walk the outer perimeter of home, complete walk
through in home, checking temperature, checking air filters,
checking pool baskets in between your regular pool maintenance,
looking for bugs, checking for termite tunnels on outer bottom
foundation, picking up fliers and papers from your front entrance
and checking for weed growth in between your regular lawns keeper
visits.
